With her last $200, she hired a trainer to teach seven women how to produce products on a local and global scale. She later founded her bespoke tour company, Hands On Development, which provided rich learning and growth through life-changing travel experiences.

Since then, Seven Women has helped more than 5,000 Nepali women and children, and Stephanie has been awarded a Medal of the Order for her service and devotion to the international community through humanitarian aid.
